高级/主管现场应用工程师FAE(PCIeCPU)澜起科技股份有限公司澜起科技股份有限公司,澜起Montageisgrowingourteamofcustomerfacing,technicalsupportspecialistsforthePCI-EInterconnectionproducts.WeareseekingqualifiedcandidatewiththerightmixofexperiencetoassistcustomerswiththeirdesignandapplicationofourPCI-Einterconnectionproductsinthedatacentersegment.ExpertapplicationengineeringknowledgeofPCI-Einterconnection(SI,PCBdesign,systemtopology),alongwiththegeneralexperiencewiththePCIeecosystemincludingdrivers,devicesandapplicationprotocolsuchasNVMewillbeessentialforsuccesswiththisposition.
KeyActivitiesforthepositionincludebutarenotlimitedto:
?SupportChinacustomerswithdesign-inofMontageCPU/PCI-E/DIMMrelatedproducts;
?AssisttheSalesteaminmanagingaccountrelationship;
?EstablishesGoalsandObjectiveswiththesalesstaffandrepresentativesofeachtargetaccount
?Providefirstline,satisfactorytechnicalassistancetocustomersforclosingengineeringissues
?Assistcustomerswithproductdesign,validationandqualification
?Authorapplicationnotes,createdemosandexamplestodemonstratetechnicalcapabilitiesforMontagePCI-Einterconnectionsolutions
?Traveltocustomersandattendtradeshowsregularlytoincreasevisibility
?Understandandsolvecustomerspecificproblems;
?Conducttechnicaltrainingandinterfacewithengineeringandproductdevelopmentteams.
QualificationandExperience:
?Bachelor’sdegreeinElectricalEngineeringorequivalentwithpreferencegiventocandidateswithadvanceddegrees
?5+yearsasSystems/Validation/Applicationengineer,withrelevantexperienceinhighspeedinterconnectionlikePCI-E,SAS,10G/40GEthernet,CCIX,Gen-Z.DirectexperienceonPCI-EGen3andGen4willbehighlypreferred
?FamiliaritywithhighspeedPCBlayout,signalintegrity,assemblyandmanufacturing
?Highlyself-motivatedwithadesiretowinthroughrelentlessexecution
?GoodcommunicationandinterpersonalskillinbothChineseandEnglish;
?Self-motivatingandabletoworkindependentlyaswellaswithateamand/orcustomers;

管理督导主管岗位职责
职责描述:
1、负责制定部门工作规划并监督落实;
2、负责生产系统的指挥,按时按质按量完成生产任务;
3、不断改进生产工艺,进一步降低劳动强度、提高设备的自动化程度和产品品质;
4、负责推进现场6S管理,确保生产现场的安全和规范;
5、负责对下属团队的工作指导、技能培训和绩效考核;
6、上级交办的其他事项。
任职要求:
1、三年以上同等岗位工作经验,食品生产相关行业为佳;
2、熟悉生产制造部门的运作和流程,擅长生产控制及现场管理,精通生产制造的各个环节;
3、熟悉生产作业流程和工艺规程;
4、职业化程度高,具备良好的管理理念和领导力、沟通能力、执行力;
5、能熟练操作办公软件和ERP系统。

KA营销主管岗位职责
岗位职责:
1.负责区域KA系统统筹工作,按时提交各类销售报表及费用报表;
2.负责区域销售数据库的建立,数据分析和使用工作;
3.负责KA系统合同谈判工作及年度工作规划、销售计划的制定及目标的达成;
4.收集、汇总、分析竞品相关促销信息,并提供应对措施;
5.落实执行销售部以及营销总部促销计划,并制定区域内KA系统工作规划
任职资格:
1.大专或以上学历,促销与广告、商务谈判、市场营销等相关专业;
2.具有2年以上相关行业工作经验;
