同步辐射岗位职责

岗位职责:

1.项目开始前,调研相关文献,设计合理的实验流程和估计工作量

2.负责蛋白结晶各个环节的工作,包括从晶体初始条件筛选到晶体冻存

3.在同步辐射光源线站收集晶体衍射数据

4.向项目经理和客户写报告

5.协调各个项目,和项目经理与客户沟通

6.训练新人,监督工作

岗位要求:

1.生物化学与分子生物学专业,蛋白质晶体方向,硕士以上学历

2.掌握基于气相扩散的蛋白质晶体生长操作,包括坐滴法和悬滴法

3.熟悉蛋白晶体生长条件筛选技术,有使用自动化结晶筛选机器的经验

4.熟悉蛋白晶体优化的技术,包括生长条件的优化,晶体接种,晶体后期处理

5.能独立在同步辐射光源线站收集晶体衍射数据

6.懂得蛋白晶体数据处理和结构解析尤佳

7.良好的项目管理能力和团队领导力

6.Trainnewgroupmembersandsupervisetheirwork

Requirements:

1.Majorinbiochemistryandmolecularbiology,proteincrystallographyfield,atleastMasterdegree

2.Masterproteincrystallizationbasedonvapordiffusion,includingsittingdropandhangingdrop

3.Familiarwithproteincrystallizationconditionscreening,haveexperienceonautomaticcrystallizationscreeningsetupmachine

4.Familiarwithvarioustechnologiesonproteincrystaloptimization,includingoptimizationofcrystallizationcondition,seeding,post-crystallizationtreatmentandsoon

5.Collectcrystaldiffractiondataatsynchrotronbeamlinesindependently

6.Knowledgeondataprocessingandstructuredeterminationisplus
