自动化测试研发工程师岗位职责

岗位职责:

1.负责业务需求全流程测试,包括参与需求分析、设计评审、定测试计划、测试设计执行,进行缺陷跟踪和软件质量分析等;

2.负责测试过程及测试方法改进,包括接口自动化、UI自动化、测试平台开发;

3、负责公司产品的压力/稳定性测试;

4.协助开发复现、分析、定位线上故障。

任职要求:

1.本科及以上计算机专业相关学历,5年以上软件测试或开发相关经验;

2.必须熟悉Java语言(熟悉Ruby/Python/JavaScript/Shell等脚本编程中至少一种);

3.熟悉Linux系统操作,熟悉Oracle数据库、熟悉常用SQL;

4.熟悉软件开发和测试流程,并有自己的理解,可以推动流程的裁剪和优化,有敏捷测试经验者优先;

5.精通常用的测试框架和工具,如TestNG、Jmeter、Appium、Selenium、unittest等;

6.熟悉性能测试工具Loadrunner,具备有手工开发脚本的能力;

7.需要有很强的学习能力、分析能力和跨团队沟通解决问题的能力,和很好的逻辑思能力;
