动力传动岗位职责

动力传动试验工程师BYD比亚迪股份有限公司,比亚迪要求:

1、汽车、电气工程相关专业,本科及以上学历;

2、3年及以上相关工作经验;熟悉汽车发动机、变速器的结构原理,具有汽车动力学、内燃机原理及信号处理分析等学科基础知识;

3、具有一定的计算机绘图能力,熟悉各类绘图软件,能够看懂产品数模,具有一定的工装夹具的设计能力优先;

4、能够看懂汽车电路图,具有一定的线束接线能力;

工作内容:

1、动力系统产品的耐久试验及标准研究、试验大纲的编制;

2、试验方法的确认和实施(试验条件、试验参数、试验过程步骤的确认);

3、试验数据的处理分析、试验方法的改进优化;

4、试验样品故障问题的分析处理与跟踪解决;产品的异常振动、异常声音的查找和初步测试

5、与其他部门协调,制定合理安排的试验计划;

6、试验的工装、物料的准备及跟踪管理;

Skills/experiencerequirements:

-EducationinEngineering(electronic,mechanical,electrical,automationorrelated).Bachelordegreeorabove.

-Minimum5yearexperienceofproductionengineering.

-Projectmanagementexperienceandskillsispreferred.

-Sixsigmaknowledge(greenorblackbelt)ispreferred.

-Knowledgeandexperienceinautomatizationispreferred.

-FluentinverbalandwrittenEnglish.
