一、岗位职责：
1.作为行业或技术专家，对一线销售、大客户交流、公司内部培训、市场活动等工作进行支撑；
2.具备较高的业务分析能力与业务敏感度，不仅能理解客户需求，更能引导客户认识并提出真正有价值的需求；
3.具备较高的产品技术理解能力，精通公司各产品线的基本功能和定制化能力；
4.具备独立完成需求分析以及标准产品差异化分析的能力，包括承担业务方案、产品落地解决方案的设计、成本评估、与标准产品团队沟通对接、设计标准产品增强以及定制化等；
5.具备独立完成项目交付全过程工作的能力，包括业务分析、文档编写、产品配置、Demo演示、POC测试及培训等；
6.有能力协调和调动功能支部资源，管控复杂项目（包括独立部署）从售前直至完成交付全过程，具备出色的问题解决及处理能力。
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，计算机类相关专业毕业；
2.4年以上技术经理/高级产品经理／解决方案架构师/解决方案/售前工作经历任职经验；
3.具有IT体系架构的全面概念，可以做有感染力地技术宣讲；
4.SAAS产品售前、解决方案、项目管理经验或者知名ERP产品项目经验优先（销售易、salesforce、SAP、Oracle或其他）
5.具备基本的软件产品技术经验，用友开发经验者优先；
