职位描述：

1根据ISO及化妆品标杆企业标准，建立和完善供应商管理体系和相关文件，确保供应商符合质量标准和要求。

2.根据上年度供应商质量表现、供货绩效等级，制定供应商年度审核计划并进行实施，及时出具审核报告，达到对供应商质量监控。

3.根据供应商开发需求，与相关部门确定新供应商审核计划，并按计划进行准入审核，出具审核报告，使新供应商准入可控。

4.依据供应商质量管理要求和供应商日常供货质量表现，进行供应商质量拜访，帮助供应商查找质量薄弱点，制定供应商质量培训计划和改善计划促使其供应商及时制定整改计划。

5.跟踪供应商日常质量表现，及时准确解决质量异常，并落实质量异常的追踪确认。

6.根据供应商质量管控要求，协同供应链部门进行供应商月度、季度、年度质量考核，落实供应商监控。召开质量月会，对供应商实现月度管理跟进

7.根据公司与中心规划，识别部门关键岗位，制定部门核心人才培养计划，提升部门人员业务水平。落实部门工作计划，定期开展员工绩效考评及反馈工作，提升部门整体能力和工作效率
