-process,knowledgeandskillsdevelopment(i.e.coachingemployees,drivingorganizationalefficiencyandensuringservice-orientedmindset.

-Ongoingimprovementofstatus-quobydefiningworkingstandards(tools,benchmarks,bestpractice,shapingtheindustry).

-Capacityplanningandproductivitymonitoringofdailyactivitieswithsupportofkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs),servicelevelagreements(SLAs),dataqualitychecks,evaluationsandreporting.

-Escalationmanagement(ensuretimelyhandlingofescalations,activelycommunicaterisksandissuestoseniormanagement,defineremediationplansandmonitorexecutionclosely).

-WorkwithotherTLCS("Trade&LifecycleControllingServices")stakeholdersaswellasRegulatoryTransactionReportingteamstoproperlyaddressissuesraised.

-Activelyandcontinuallyprovideideasandexecuteonprocessimprovementsintheexceptionmanagementanddataqualityofsubmissiontoclients.

-Bethesubjectmatterexpertinallteamactivitiesandsupportteamsandperipheralstakeholders.

-ProjectManagementactivities–assistingwithendtoendsupportaroundIMOinitiativesincludingconductinginitialimpactanalysis,trackingfordeliverablesandfollowingupwithmanagementandIMOstaff.

-Takeownershipoftracking,updatingissueandactionlogs.

Yourteam

WhilebasedfulltimeinShanghai/Wuxi,you'llbeworkinginaglobalteamresponsibleforfunctionssupportingTrade&LifecycleControllingServices.Inourcollaborativeculture,theteamworkscloselywithanumberofotherteamstoensureUBS'sobligationsaremet.Youwillworkwithpeoplefromallwalksoflifemakingthisteamdiverse,sharingideasandexperiencestoachievecommongoals.Wealsosupportregulatorytransactionreportingtoavarietyofregulators.Youwilljoinasoneofsub-teamtoinitiallycarryresponsibilityforoneregion.Asalinemanageryouwillberesponsibleforateambetween4and20people,andyourprimaryroleconsistsofensuringteamperformanceandpeoplemanagement.

Yourexperienceandskills

Youhave

-MinimumBachelordegree

-FluencyinbothoralandwrittenEnglish,inpersonandremotely(Englishqualificationwillbeconsidered)

-Experienceinmanagingateamandcoaching/motivatingothers

-Experienceinoperationalriskandcontrols/operation/regulatorytransactionreportinginthefinancialserviceindustrywouldberequired

-Escalationawarenesswouldberequired

-VBAskillswouldbepreferred

-KnowledgeonRobotics(AutomationAnywhere,Cognitivesolution,.etc.)wouldbepreferred

-Maintainedkeyperformanceindicatorstomeetservicelevelagreements
