EssentialDuties:
?Plan,directandmanagethedailyoperationsoftheITdepartmentinaccordancewithinternalandexternalregulationsandprocedures(DKUITGovernance).
?ManageITstaffthroughtraining,developmentandperformancemanagementtomaximizetheteam’svaluetositeprocesses.
?Evaluateadvancementsinthehigheducationfieldandimplementnewtechnologiesthatbetterserveourschoolneeds.
?Recommendappropriatemaintenancestrategiestoensureuninterruptedsystemsusageandproperbackupandrecoveryprocedurestomaintaincurrentandfutureteachingclassroomrequirements.
?ManageacomprehensiveandproactiveITCompliancestrategyaccordancetoDKUITpolicy.
