技术美术师TechnicalArtistUbisoftShanghai上海育碧电脑软件有限公司,育碧JobSummary:
The(Junior)TechnicalArtistisasupportroleinsidetheTechnicalArtteam,workingcloselywiththeTechnicalDirectors,TechnicalArtistsandtheprogrammingteam,tohelpwithsimpleassetandpipelineoptimizations,toparticipateinthetechnicalartfeaturesimplementation,andtoperformsimpledebuggingontheproject’stoolsandprocesses.
Responsibilities:
-Implementingoptimizationsandmonitoringtheperformanceofthegame;
-Testtheengine,requestenhancements,verifyallengine-relateddocumentsandmodifyordraftnewdocumentswhenevernecessary
-Identifyingandimplementingart-pipelineoptimizationsandautomatizing;
-Developordeterminetools(e.g.3DSMax,etc.)andmethodstoenhanceandfacilitateworkofthegraphicsteam;
-Creatingtechnicalbenchmarkstobeusedinproduction;
-Implementingtechnicalartfeatureswiththehelpoftheprogrammingteam;
-Offeringtechnicalassistancetotheartteaminday-by-dayproductionissues;
-Creatingandmaintainingtechnicaldocumentation;
-Sharingwiththeotherartists’best-practicesandnewtools.
Qualifications
Requirements:
-nAtleastCollegeorBachelor’sdegree;
-3yearsgraphicdesignexperienceincludingatleast1yearasaTechnicalArtist
-StrongGamerCultureandinterestinvideogamedevelopment;
-GoodcommunicationskillsinbothChineseandEnglish(spokenandwritten);
-Basicknowledgeofreal-timerenderingchallengesandtechniques;
-Analyticalmindandgoodproblem-solvingskills;
-Experienceinafulldigitalartcontentcreationpipeline(highandlow-polymodelling,unwrapping,baking,texturing,levelart)isveryappreciated;
-Anyrelevantexperiencewithgameeditorsandenginesisconsideredaplus;
-Knowledgeofscriptisstrongplus(e.g.python/mel/c#/c++)
-Knowledgeofdatasafetyoptions(e.g.Perforce,VSS,Alienbrain);
-KnowledgeandInterestintech-artareasisalsoconsideredaplus(likeShading,Lighting,SFX,etc.)

制定美术相应规范,优化项目美术效果及资源
会使用节点插件制作Shader,实现效果,并进行代码优化
精通Spine动画制作
熟悉Unity的粒子系统,动画系统,Ugui系统
处理Unity内的UI界面和动效
任职条件:
1年以上TA岗位工作经验
3年以上动画特效工作经验
艺术设计相关专业本科及以上学历,有良好的美术基础和审美能力
了解图形渲染相关知识,熟悉Shader编程
有较强的沟通协作能力,不断学习,有一定的探索精神
精通Unity特效优先
