工作职责:
1、统筹智能手机整机产品开发,达成项目QCT目标,确保财务与市场成功
2、参与手机的前期产品规划和产品定义,统筹整机堆叠工作
3、组建并领导项目团队
4、组织制定项目进度计划,项目预算以及项目质量计划、采购计划等,协调并管理项目资源,识别并控制项目风险
5、及时与管理层进行沟通决策事宜
任职资格:
1、本科及硕士以上学历,英语口语良好
2、5年以上手机产品开发管理工作经验,有海外运营商产品开发管理经验优先
3、具备带领过大项目团队管理经验,PMP优先
4、具备手机研发开发背景,熟悉手机从研发到生产上市的整机流程及产品全生命周期管理
5、熟悉手机整机行业标准,以及手机行业发展状态
6、良好的沟通能力及团队协作意识
7、具备较强产品品质意识和团队领导能力
8、具备较强的逻辑思维能力
