财务分析高级专员岗位职责

岗位职责】

1、根据集团预算编制整体规划和目标,组织地区各职能开展预算编制和调整工作;

2、组织实施地区月度滚动预测、重大资源投入过程监控过程管理工作;

3、定期出具预算执行及经营分析报告,对重要信息预警提示并提出有效建议;

4、对地区各项业务指标完成情况进行专项分析,以财务角度针对问题提出建议,为经营决策提供关键支持;

5、根据各业务部门的需求进行利润测算,为经营决策提供数据支持;

6、熟悉业务核算流程及规则,协助推动核算质量提升及管理报表优化;

7、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

【任职要求】

1、全日制本科及以上学历,会计、财务管理相关专业,熟悉财务法律法规,具有扎实的财务管理知识;

2、5年以上财务相关工作经验,其中至少2年财务分析经验;

3、工作细致严谨,做事主动,责任心强,良好的逻辑分析和沟通协调能力,具有创新意识与团队协作精神,学习能力强,抗压能力强,对数据有一定敏感度;

4、熟练使用办公软件,熟悉NC/SAP系统;

5、具有物流、仓储行业财务分析或大型企业分析工作经验者优先。

职责描述:

1)复核财务分析制度和流程

①复核财务分析制度并报财务负责人审核;

②优化报表申报流程。

2)复核及反馈合并报表各项数据

①复核收到的各分公司财务数据的准确性;

②复核BPC合并报表数据的准确性;

③反馈内审内控部对合并报表数据审核结果。

3)建立合并报表及财务分析的固定模板

①采用合适的方法对各项财务数据进行归类汇总;

②汇总编辑后的数据,编制合并报表分析模板;

③根据合并报表需求编制合并报表模板。

4)编写公司全面财务状况、经营情况分析

①分析整理后的财务数据,发现问题与异常,提出合理化建议;

5)复核年度财务规划

①根据预算数据复核年度财务规划数据的准确性。

6)分析本部门对公司内控制度等执行情况,提出改进建议及措施

7)熟悉精通财经、税收法规

任职要求:

1.大学本科以上,会计、财务管理等相关专业。

2.两年以上工作经验。

4.熟练掌握SAP财务软件及OFFICE办公软件的操作。
