JobDescriptions:

ActiveDirectoryisadirectoryserviceimplementedbyMicrosoftforWindowsdomainnetworks.Asacorecomponentandservice,itisimplementedinmostWindowsenvironmentsinmanycompaniesespeciallythebigcorporations.NNITADteamisinchargeofAD/File/Printrelatedtasksforourcustomerslocatedallovertheworld.

JobDuties:

1.ManagingDomainControllersandOptimizingActiveDirectory(AD)replicationviasitesandservicesovermultipleWANLinks.

2.ProvidesanalysisforGlobalActiveDirectorydesign,migrationsandconsolidations,ongoingsupport,andenhancements.

3.Abilitytoresolvescomplextechnicalissues.

4.Maintainstandards,roadmapsandguidingprinciplesforourWindows&relatedinfrastructure

5.TroubleshootingandmaintenanceforWindowsfileserver/Printingserver.

6.Demonstratesabilitytoprioritizeandtodelivermultipleprojectsontime.

7.Availableforon-callduty/nightshift,asnecessary.

8.Providedocumentationandmentoringtootherswithinyourtechnicalspecialty.

9.Ingoodhealthcondition.

DesiredSkills&Experience

*3+years’experiencemanaginglargescaleglobalActiveDirectory(AD)inamultiplesiteenterpriseenvironment.

*ExcellentcustomerserviceskillsandstrongoralandwrittencommunicationskillsinEnglish.

*KnowledgeinscriptingtechnologyforexamplePowerShell,VBscript,familiarwithWindowscommands.

*Experiencecreatingtechnicaldocumentation.

*AbilitytomeasureandreportKPIs.

*UnderstandingofITILFramework.

*TherelatedknowledgeofMicrosofttechnologysuchas,Certificates/PKI,RADIUS.

*MCITP/MCSEandITILcertificatespreferred.

Youwillworkonpre-salesactivitiestodevelopChinalocalmarketingandbringmoresalesopportunitiestothecompany.YouhaveathoroughunderstandingofhowSAPcancreateaddedvalueforourclients'businessoperations.YoualsohavethedriveandoutgoingpersonalityneededtoprovidetheoptimumserviceandconsultingsupporttosomeofourlargestandmostdemandingclientsintheChineselocalmarket.Youacceptownershipandtaketheleadinensuringsuccessfuloutcomesfortheclient,throughyourknowledgeandexperience.Yourworkingdaywillbebasedonawidevarietyoftasksthroughoutallphasesofthesolutionlifecycle:consulting,analysis,design,implementationandmaintenance.Youdialoguecloselywiththeclient,andbecomethecentralcontactpointforspecifyingsolutionsandtasksandthenimplementingtherequiredchangesintheclient'sorganizationandSAPsystems.ThismeansyouhaveimplementationanddevelopmentresponsibilityforourrelationshipswithclientsandfortheirSAPsolutions,incooperationwithateamofprofessionalandhighly-skilledcolleagues.

Thepositionwillfrequentlyinvolveworkingwithcolleaguesandclientsindifferentgeographicalareas–thoughyoudon’tneedtohaveamobilework,youmustbeflexibleintimewise,well-organizedandtotallyprofessionalinyourapproach.

Youhaveanoutgoingpersonalityandfinditeasytocommunicatewithclientsandcolleaguesatalllevels.Youworkwellwithbothtechnicalspecialistsandmanagement,andhavetheabilitytocommunicate,understandandresolvecomplextechnicalandbusinessissues.

?EducationandQualifications

Weexpectyoutohaveminimum5years'projectimplementationexperience,pre-salesexperienceisnecessaryandfamiliarwithpharmaceuticalsolutionispreferred,inoneormoreoftheSAPmoduleswithinLogisticsarea,e.g.PP,QM,SDorSRMmodules.Youhaveworkedonlargeprojectsimplementationatadvanced/seniorlevelandhaveeverparticipatedinpre-salesactivities.Youalsohaveseveralyears'experiencewithITservicedeliverymanagement,andprobablyabachelororhigherdegree.Goodlogiconcommunicationskillsismandatory,Englishlanguageispreferred.HavethecertificationsonITIL,PRINCE2orPMPwouldbeanadvantage.
