职位描述：
工作职责：
1.白车身零部件数据设计；
2.图纸绘制（装置图、爆炸图、二维图、涂胶图等）；
3.根据CAE/工艺分析等部门的反馈进行数据修改；
4.造型可行性分析研究；
5.运动件分析；
6.编制白车身相关技术资料，如明细表、产品标准、产品描述书、产品技术条件等；
7.制定白车身零部件的项目开发计划；
8.试制、装配问题的整改，图样、明细等技术文档的维护更新；
9.与项目团队保持良好的沟通协作，确保项目顺利实施。
职位要求：
1.本科以上学历，汽车、机械相关专业，条件优秀者可放宽至大专；
2.有2年以上汽车主机厂、汽车设计公司、汽车零部件企业工作的相关工作经验；
3.熟悉汽车设计开发流程，熟悉各阶段的工作内容；
4.熟悉汽车车身/开闭件结构，了解冲压及成型工艺；
5.了解相关的法规要求、安全要求、试验要求等；
6.吃苦耐劳，能接受外地出差;
7.具备团队合作精神，工作认真负责.

车身研发工程师岗位职责
职责描述:
1.负责新车型车身结构件开发前期准备工作:依据零件设计构想书、图面,划分零件开发等级,牵头组织制造技术部、采购部对各零件SUBASSY进行优化;
2.负责新车型车身结构件开发管控工作:负责组织召开零件开发DKM,负责审核签订工、材规等质量文件,负责审核管控全车型设计变更内容、预算费用及导入时间节点;
3.组织新车型车身结构件导入试装:制订各试装阶段零件品确计划,组织各试装阶段零件品确及交货,组织并参与试装问题点解析,监督并落实各UR/VES/MEMO等质量问题点改善状况,负责制订OTS完成计划,组织并监督开发零件OTS签核完成,负责跨部门沟通协调,督促相关部门按制订计划进行工程监察,确保各零件PSW签核完成。
任职要求:
1.本科以上学历,材料成型及控制工程/机械设计制造及其自动化相关专业;
2.具备5年及以上整车厂相关技术岗位称职工作经历;或具备3年及以上工程师级岗位称职工作经历,能够熟练地操作office等常用办公软件,能够熟练应用AUTOCAD、CATIA等软件;
3.能够有目标、系统化、前瞻性地协调工作,能够为自己和其他员工拟定必要的工作步骤,有计划地运用材料和资源,并能组织实施;
4.收集与分析相关信息,提出多个备选行动或措施,并运用知识与经验从中找出符合当前状况的最佳解决方案;
