职位描述：
工作职责：
1、理解商场的运营管理，梳理商场日常运营业务流程，关注的各项经营、销售、分析指标与指数；
2、深入商业业务，理解商业业务运作逻辑，利用数据分析手段，构建业务指标体系，建立和完善日常商业业务报告体系；
3、通过专项分析，输出专项分析报告，为商业业务模块的决策和产品方向提供数据支持；
4、对商业业务运营和相关数据产品进行数据监测、分析、统计，持续改进产品与运营效果。
5、收集市场信息、分析各类业态、商户的经营状况，对智慧商场内各功能数据的分析、反馈，为商场运营提出合理化建议。
任职要求：
业务技能要求：
1、本科以上学历（能力及经验优异者大专以上），5年以上同岗位工作经历及经验，有项目筹备期至正常经营期全程工作经历及经验者为佳；
2、具备良好的沟通谈判能力、协调能力及应变能力、思维开阔敏捷，责任心强；
3、有以下行业/公司经验优先考虑：
①从事过面向零售行业的乙方咨询、分析、软件系统建设项目者优先考虑；
②万达、龙湖、东百、大洋、中粮、巴黎春天或国外同类型/等级商场运营总监/经理优先考虑；
③负责过商场运营、招商等方向的数据分析，指标考核工作。
专业知识要求：
1.熟悉商场的运营管理及各项经营指标，有商场数字化项目经验。
2、有商场活动项目推广经验，并熟悉推广结果评估。
3、熟悉商场的的IT系统。
