GoodPCskills.岗位职责及任职资格B工作职责:
JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:(符合SMART原则:具体、可量化、关联性、可操作性、有时间点)
1)负责潜在供应商的质量评审,根据公司质量体系要求完成审核报告,对不符合公司质量要求的潜在供应商进行辅导和提升;
2)新供应商开发过程中贯彻公司的质量要求,使供应商能够清楚理解公司的质量要求和流程;
3)负责新项目定点过程中供应商的质量审核和质量评估,参加新项目定点会议;
4)新项目定点后,向供应商明确项目的质量和时间节点要求,根据项目需要对供应商进行现场审核,协同供应商解决项目开发中的质量问题,通过与供应商和内部团队的有效合作,确保样件质量达到标准要求;
5)跟踪样件的试装过程,完成对新项目的PPAP审核和认可,将项目前期开发中的质量管控要点形成文件传达给量产质量工程师
6)负责编制或维护与供应商相关质量管理体系流程或来料检验文件,并确保文件规定与实际操作一致;
7)每月对供货质量表现进行监控;对于异常情况需要组织相关人员进行分析,并制定改进行动,同时跟踪改进行动的落实状态与效果;
8)编制供应商年度审核计划,并按照计划严格执行,对不符合项制定相应的矫正措施
9)导入供应商“requalificationverification”,制定供应商重新认证计划并执行
10)对供应商质量问题按照不合格处理流程严格执行,当发生供应商质量问题时,能够快速响应并组织供应商完成8D报告,负责验证并关闭8D。
11)完成领导交付的其他工作;
任职资格:POSITION’SPROFILE:
学历EDUCATION本科及以上
专业MAJOR电子、机械工程等相关理工科专业机械工程
资格证书QUALIFICATION质量相关
工作经验EXPERIENCE
汽车行业至少5年以上工作经验,3年以上质量管理工作经验熟悉类似产品(线束或电子产品)的质量要求
知识要求RELATEDKNOWLEDGE
1.能够看懂工程图纸、相关技术规范;
2.熟悉并能熟练应用汽车行业五大手册(APQP&CP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA);
3.熟悉汽车行业的质量管理体系ISO/TS******,VDA6.3等;
4.熟悉并能熟练应用问题分析解决的工具,如8D,5-Why,鱼骨图,DOE,Prato等;
5.了解国内主要主机厂(如SVW、SGM)对供应商的质量要求在汽车行业五大手册与问题分析解决的工具方面能够达到培训师的水平;了解6Sigma,并且有实际应用经历;
