质量管理中心经理岗位职责

岗位职责:

1.负责集团整体质量管理目标的分解、下达,制定年度质量计划,监控目标的实施、完成;

2.协助中心领导完成部门日常管理工作;

3.负责集团质量体系的管理,跟踪质量体系的改进以及各基地质量体系运行的监控;

4.优化质量体系的工作流程及操作规范,督促、检查相关流程与规范等贯彻执行;

5.负责各基地生产过程中的质量监控与审核;

6.负责供应商质量管理工作;

7.负责重大市场售后质量的先期处理工作。

8.主导内部质量评审和外部质量审核工作。

主要要求:

1.全日制统招本科及以上学历,8年以上汽车行业质量管理工作经验,3年以上同岗位经验;

2.熟悉ISO9001和IATF16949质量管理体系要求,熟练掌握汽车行业质量管理流程;

3.熟悉质量方法和工具比如IATF16949,8D,质量管理工具等;

4.具有优秀的组织协调沟通能力、团队协作能力;

5.具有良好的发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力;

6.主动积极,责任心强,具有较强的执行力;

质量部经理上海延中饮料有限公司上海延中饮料有限公司,延中1、负责收集与饮料生产经营相关的法律、法规等有关规定,实施动态管理;

2、负责在规定时限内按标准要求对购进原辅料外观、包装、标签、说明书以及相关的证明文件进行逐一验收,并保证验收的结论的准确性;

3、负责不合格原辅料的确认,对不合格原辅料的处理过程实施监督;

4、负责供应商资质的搜集及产品资质的搜集,如证照、注册证、质量保证书、产品技术要求等合格证明资料的搜集及整理;

5、负责当地食品饮料法规的搜集、申报材料及迎检文件的准备和不良品事件的搜集、报告及召回的管理;

6、负责及时反馈质量问题,并制定各产品线质量验收标准的编制及相关人员培训;

7、协助产品的质量投诉和质量事故的调查、处理及报告;参与重大质量事故的处理;

8、领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求:

1、具有饮料食品企业质量相关工作经验;

2、具有HACCP内审员证书,熟悉食品饮料行业法规者优先;

3、工作态度严谨、端正,有较强的责任心;
