现场技术支持岗位职责

现场技术支持工程师/FAE杭州中天微系统杭州中天微系统有限公司,中天微任职资格:

1.熟悉CPU编程模型,有较好的C/C++编程能力,熟悉操作系统的实现;

2.熟练使用AMR或其他处理器的工具链;

3.有较好的分析及定位能力,对于一般常见问题能够在现场进行定位并解决;

4.具有较强的沟通能力,能协调公司内部与客户间的沟通,及时帮客户解决问题;

岗位职责:

1.对客户进行售前及售后的技术支持及现场技术沟通,保障客户的项目成功;

2.对客户进行技术跟踪,并收集客户对公司的产品的技术建议;

3.承担售前的产品推广工作,并能够寻找更多的客户机会,促进公司的产品销售;

4.开拓并维护良好的客户关系,使得客户在项目成功的基础上,能够继续选择和中天合作;

Summarizeallfailurecasesindedicatedcustomersandpreparemonthly/annualfailureanalysisreportandsummary

ProvidetrainingtointernalFSEsandexternalOEMaftersalestechnicalsupportengineers

Ensurecriticalapplicationknowledgeobtainedinthefieldiscommunicatedbackintothefactoriestoimproveexistinganddevelopmentofnewproducts

Supportthecollectionofafulloverviewperapplicationfromtechnicalpointofviewliketrends,majorplayers,competitor’sengagements,etcincooperationwithMarketing

Feedsystem/producttestsintoADCApplicationLabs

Requirements:

Minimum5yearsinHVACfield,refrigeration&ACsystemdesignexperienceispreferred;

Bachelororabove;

Openmindforlearning/customermindset

Goodatcommunication

Frequentbusinesstravel(Average2-3days/week)
