工作职责:
1.负责程序文件的格式审核、生效分发、回收和保管;
2.确保记录及部门内所有表格的受控分发;
3.负责质量体系文件电子中心的维护;
4.归档文件的整理、登记、存档、借阅和销毁,并确保存档的材料安全、完整、可追溯;
5.协调各部门文件管理员完成文件存档,受控文件的分发及管控等相关工作,并对部门文件管理员记录的受控分发进行核查,确保其符合相关SOP要求。
6.在审计过程中能及时提供所需文件
任职资格:
1.大专以上
2.制药或相关专业
3.具备英语阅读书写能力
4.一年以上药厂文件管理相关经验
5.有良好计算机运用能力
6.较强地协调沟通能力
7.较强地执行力
8.熟悉GMP相关法规

篇2：QA（取样）岗位职责任职要求
QA（取样）岗位职责
1、核对合格供应商名单,根据SOP规定对原料、辅料、包材进厂物料进行取样,送QC进行检测;
2、与物流部门沟通,根据来样实际情况安排取样工作,科学安排对仓库样品的取样;
3、按操作对物料取样记录进行填写,进行电子记录的登记,每年进行供应商提供物料的年度回顾;
4、根据SOP对取样间进行清洁、维护,对温湿度进行记录等日常管理工作,并根据实际情况和GMP要求,不断对相关SOP进行修订和完善;
5、将合格报告单发放至相关部门;
6、负责相关区域环境监测;
7、根据物料放行意见,负责制作和粘贴物料合格证或不合格证;
8、在取样过程中发生偏差时及时发起偏差调查,并参与相关的风险评估和纠偏措施的实施;
9、完成上级领导安排的其他质量保证体系相关工作。
任职资格:
1、具有药学或化学相关专业知识背景,大专及以上学历;
2、1年以上制药行业相关工作经验者优先;
3、良好的职业道德及专业素质,吃苦耐劳,适应能力强,学习能力强,愿意接受新事物;
4、熟练电脑相关软件操作:如word,excel等。
