应用技术专员岗位职责

职责描述:

1、负责依据公司和部门目标计划,结合实际情况,制定区域市场技术应用服务计划与改进计划,并按计划进行售前、售中和售后技术支持服务工作,确保客户满意度。

2、负责与技术研发、营销人员配合进行市场开发时样板制作、客户试样时的技术指导与支持、客户信息收集、公司产品介绍等相关工作,确保市场开发的成功率。

3、负责与营销人员配合对经销商或家具厂有关人员进行技术指导与培训,提升公司产品的呈现效果,维护和稳定客情关系。

4、负责客户使用产品过程中出现的产品异常、涂装弊病等问题的分析、处理与解决,提高客户满意度和产品使用效果。

5、负责客户的来样及色板的制作,针对重点标杆客户产品质量要求与生产环境等特殊性,制定特殊工艺流程,并交由公司存档,以提升标杆客户的满意度和公司的标准化生产。

6、负责进行公司新产品上市时的样品制作与客户打样工作,提高新品的推广力度。

7、负责行业信息(如:新产品、新工艺)的收集,并及时反馈给部门领导,以提升公司产品竞争力。

8、主动发现与及时反馈现场不良点,提出合理化建议。不断学习进步,持续提高多岗位胜任能力,能通过一点课培训其他员工。

9、严格执行安全生产规章制度和操作规程,及时反映、处理不安全问题;正确使用个人劳动防护用品,主动参加安全会议和安全培训。

10、其他日常与临时性工作。

任职要求:

1、高中或以上学历,3年或以上家具漆技术应用服务或家具漆喷涂工作经验;

2、身体健康,无任何不良社会记录,持驾照者优先;

3、有实木类、水性类客户售前、售中、售后的技术支持与服务工作经验者优先考虑;

4、较强的涂装应用与弊病处理专业知识。
