岗位要求:

1、设计类相关专业大专及以上学历;

2、2年以上房地产行业CAD制图员、设计工作经验;

3、熟悉国家建筑质量规范及相关标准,熟练使用CAD及相关建筑制图软件;

4、较强的制图、识图能力、理解能力,良好的沟通能力;

5、工作认真踏实、细心严谨,有一定承压能力。

岗位职责:

1、在工程部领导指导下完成项目施工图纸设计、变更、图纸优化工作;

2、根据上级领导指示与设计院沟通实际施工过程中图纸遇到的问题及优化方案、图纸变更情况,并跟进上报领导;

3、根据公司及部门领导安排负责项目零星工程的施工、装饰、安装等图纸设计、变更、优化工作;

4、协助上级领导与设计院加强联系与协调;

5、收集建筑装饰设计市场信息;

6、完成领导交代的其他工作。
