职责描述:

1.负责专用设备的改造与定制工作;

2.负责洁净厂房日常运行维护的跟踪与汇报;

6.负责协调编制设备,系统作业指导书。

任职要求:

应届、社招均可,大专或以上学历,35周岁以下;

7.Holdweeklyin-processqualityreviewmeetingwithcrossfunctionalteamincludingproduction,PE,ME

andSQEetc.

8.SamplingcheckIPQA'sinspectionrecordsincludingFAIandin-processresultsandhandle

nonconformancetimelyfoundbyIPQA.

9.Initiatecontinuousimprovementprojectfocusingonprocessimprovementbyqualityand/or6sigma

toolstosupportthereductionofCOPQ.

10.Tobesupportivewhenrequiredfromanyotherqualityfunction.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelordegreeandmajorinsciencetechnologyorrelated.

2.Minimum3years’workexperienceinqualityfield.(itispreferredwithprocessqualityexperience)

3.KnowledgeforqualitysystemISO9001,IATF16949orISO13485.

4.Familiarwithstatistical/qualitytools,i.e.8D,5WHY,PDCA,FMEA,APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,andMinitabetc.

5.GoodcommunicationskillinbothChineseandEnglish.(ItwouldbeokiforalEnglishisnotgood,butwritingandreadingshouldbequalified.)

6.Befamiliarwiththeapplicationofofficesoftware,suchasWord,Excel,PPT,andOutlooketc.

7.SixSigmaGreenBeltorBlackbeltwillbeaddedadvantage.
