工程机械客户经理统一石油化工有限公司统一石油化工有限公司1、完成业绩目标§开发区域内空白或薄弱地区的专业工程机械&矿山客户,完成空白地区品牌覆盖布局;协助、组织、培训区域内现有经销商开拓市场,包括拜访重点客户、开拓目标客户和组织经销商业绩会议等,以实现区域销售目标
2、执行销售政策§向区域内各级客户传达销售政策,并参与、指导、监督其执行,以确保公司各项销售政策得以快速落实
3、完成品牌基础建设§按年度规划、负责区域内各销售网点的品牌基础建设工作,包括新增门头管理、工程专业终端店、矿山、商砼、自有修理场的形象整理等,以确保品牌形象在区域内得到稳定提升
4、渠道建设与管理§按年度规划,负责本区域渠道发展计划的落实,以确保区域内各项渠道目标达成
5、市场信息收集、反馈§负责区域内主要竞争对手各类市场信息收集上报工作,以确保公司决策层有更加迅速、真实的信息依据
职位因素:
1、教育程度§专科及以上学历
2、工作经验§具备1年以上专业工程机械或矿山设备渠道销售、服务工作经验或相关行业优秀应届毕业生
3、知识§了解工程机械市场或矿山、商砼、军工市场,了解相关配件或设备工作原理,具备一定市场营销、企业管理理论基础,掌握润滑油产品知识,熟练应用各类常用办公软件及信息收集、统计分析工具
