研发质量经理Responsibilities:

?Deploytheorganization’sQualityStrategiesandobjectiveswithintheorganization.
?Manages(directlyorthroughsubordinates)QualityEngineeringsupportactivitiesformultipleNewProductDevelopmentprograms.Ensuresappropriatequalityrepresentationonproductdevelopmentteams.HelptodevelopthetoolsandtechniquesofqualityassuranceforEngineering,Actsasadvisorandmentorto1sttiersupplier.
?SupportsQualityEngineeringactivitiestoimprovecustomersatisfactionandsuccessfulachievementofcompanyqualityobjectives.
?Managesthetimelinessandrobustnessofthe“QualityWorkPackages”duringtheNPD/NPIactivities.
?MonitorsandcontrolthetimelinessandrobustnessofthemainNPD/NPIworkpackagesassignedtootherdepartments.
?ProvideregularNPD/NPIreportingtoQualityDirector.
?AssistinthegenerationofnewprocessesandproceduresforNPD&NPIfunctions(inconjunctionwithQualitySystemmanagerandSeniorQualityDirector).
Requirements/Experience:
?15years+workingexperienceinamanufacturingenvironment.
