片区销售副总监正邦集团有限公司正邦集团有限公司,正邦集团,正邦职责描述:
1、每月底制定下月份仔肥猪及种猪销售计划,月中及每周追踪落地
2、参与销售团队组织架构设置、销售经理招聘面试;销售人员考核排名、考核奖罚、考核评价;每月销售任务完成追踪、问题沟通;销售人员工作行程及内容收集、评价;
3、每周、每月定期组织销售会议,及时传达事业部要求,追踪本月销售任务完成;根据销售工作中存在的问题,提出相应解决方案,并召开会议研究落实。
4、参与肥猪、仔猪及种猪合同模版制定,非模版合同审核,合同签定过程评价监督。
任职要求:本科或相应学历,熟悉生猪销售渠道及流程

1、深入了解江浙沪区域市场,有5年及以上区域市场管理经验;
2、对区域市场运作模式有独特的个人观点;
