1、负责现场生产设备的在线维修工作,紧急处理突发性设备故障。

2、实施最佳的预防性维护(PM)并确保维护质量,减少对生产部门的影响,减少停机时间

3、确保设备故障时采取有效措施,负责鉴别故障原因及实施纠正措施。

4、制定并不断改进维护计划,对设备进行持续改进,确保其处于良好工作状态。

5、确保基于数据分析结果制定决策措施,熟悉PLC系统。

6、具备电气故障处理能力。

7、能够获取完成任务所需要的资源和其他方面的支持,无法独立解决故障时,

任职要求:

1、大专以上学历,主修电子工程、机械工程或相关领域

2、3年以上设备维修工作经验。

3、能够阅读示意图和机械制图和使用AutoCAD或其他设计软件。

4、会PLC编程基本知识者优先。

5、懂得EHS和TMP基本知识。

6、具有较强的安全及质量意识。

7、良好的学习意愿和团队合作精神。

附:证件要求,电工操作证、电焊操作证、其他特殊工种操作证。
