篇2：天线仿真工程师岗位职责
一、岗位职责:
1、完成短波超短波天线测试方法研究及产品的交付,进行测试方案,测试细则以及测试报告编写;
2、根据项目需求,不断改进测试方法并进行测试设备的研制开发;
3、为新产品、新参数提供测试方案,并完成测试系统的改进和测试;
4、完成短波/超短波天线日常测试业务的优化和管理,并进行测试中问题的排查;
进行上级安排的其他工作。
二、岗位要求:
1、电磁场与微波技术、电子信息、自动化、仪器仪表等相关专业,本科及以上学历;
2、熟悉天线工作原理、测试方法及测试系统集成方法;
3、了解射频微波产品及其功能性能指标测试方法;
4、熟悉仪器远程控制指令,能够利用编程软件(C#、JAVA、Python、VB)实现仪器的自动化测量;
5、了解天线远场、近场、紧缩场测试方法及关键技术;
6、熟练操作射频微波仪器仪表,包括矢量网络分析仪、频谱仪、信号源、功率计等;
7、具有良好的创新精神、团队精神和敬业精神。
认真踏实,具备团队精神,能适应国内出差。
