电池研发工程师1、化学、电化学、材料等专业毕业,硕士及以上学历,有一定锂电池技术应用研究工作经验;
2、在电池电极材料、电解质、隔膜、系统等理论方面有深入的研究;
3、有电池生产经验(镍电为佳),熟悉电池生产产流程,熟练掌握电池性能检测方法;
