1.制定全国区域内各类品牌销售渠道业务计划、标准,确保各区域各项销售指标的达成;
2.负责全国区域内上游合作商和下游终端的开发与维护;
3.根据公司的战略规划和市场情况,制定部门人员年度预算计划,根据任务分解月份销售目标并实施月/周/日销售计划,同时确保销售成本的控制,保障业绩目标的达成;
4.贯彻公司每月的销售政策,参与商品及平台操作等培训,组织资源,规避销售风险,应对突发事件;
5.密切跟踪人员销售,根据每月客户满意度情况,提出相应对策和解决方案,指导、协助客服部处理个案客户投诉,确保客户满意;
6.完成直接上级交办的其他事项。
任职要求:
1.全日制专科以上学历,市场营销等相关专业优先;
2.5-8年以上3C产品销售行业工作经验,有一线品牌全国总代销售经验者,有全国资源渠道者优先,熟悉供应链金融行业者优先,有在大型手机厂家、连锁店的工作经验优先;
3.有品牌手机渠道资源者优先,有供应链金融服务经验者优先。
